Common Scanner Problems

Many offices in shopping centers now have scanners. The scanners are indispensable in all branches, and that helps a lot in the documentation. We can create digital copies of our contracts, negotiation of agreements and other documents on a critical day to day business activities. For home users, the scanners are used to convert our old photos into digital format to upload our favorite social networking sites. The problems are not common to use the scanner if we business people, or simply are just home users. These problems hinder business operations, especially when it hit one time. For home users, it’s very frustrating when we issues of the scanner, if needed, we invite the old image of someone we love, who lives in another country.

The good news is that the problems are scanning solutions. We will try the common problems before the introduction of scanning tips for this list.
1st Has always busy. If you try to scan something, the computer says the scanner is busy. 2nd

Your computer stops responding when you use the scanner. Sometimes the computer just stops working every time you try to access the program for the scanner.
3rd When the computer restarts when you use the scanner.

Other times, starts the computer suddenly without any indication, every time you use the scanner.
4th The computer displays a blue screen when using the scanner. 5th The scanner is not recognized at all. I do not see the scanner at all. Check to see in your Control Panel to Device Manager, if a device is present, but will not come. One way to solve the basic problems is to check the cable connection. Some scanners use the old serial port. It automatically searches all faulty device driver on your computer, click the appropriate updates, so that it can be installed on your computer.
If both methods fail, then there is a problem with the same hardware. Check with the manufacturer, if all else fails.
